We ask parents of children with qualifying medical conditions, such as diabetes, serious/acute asthma, or severe allergies requiring an EpiPen, to fill out an individual healthcare form.

Once you have submitted the form to admin@waterside.herts.sch.uk, our team will work with you to understand your child's specific needs. We will then ensure all relevant staff members are aware of the plan and their role in keeping your child safe and secure throughout the school day.

These healthcare plans are reviewed annually, or sooner if your child's needs change.
