Celebrating World Book Day at Waterside!

What a fantastic day we’ve had celebrating World Book Day! It was heartwarming to see so many children and staff dressed up as their favourite characters, showcasing their love for reading. 

This morning, we kicked off with a special assembly where everyone joined in for the costume parade—the creativity was simply amazing! 

The children have also been working hard to create a stunning Reading River that will beautifully decorate our library. This lovely display not only reflects their passion for books but also enhances our reading environment.

To top off the celebrations, we awarded our much-anticipated Best Dressed Prizes! Congratulations to our winners—you all looked incredible!

A huge thank you to all the parents for the effort you put into helping your children with their costumes. Your support truly makes the day even more special for them.
